Add the following essential oils:
• 12 drops of Lavender
• 8 drops of Citronella
• 12 drops of Cedarwood
• 8 drops of Geranium
Stir until well blended. Apply as needed before going outside.
Cedarwood is specifically known to be toxic to fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes. Lavender is an insecticidal that has been used as a bug repellent for many centuries. Citronella is classified by the Environmental Protection Agency as a “bio pesticide with a non-toxic mode of action.” Geranium is another oil that is known to repel flees and ticks.
