For over 17 years, Dr. Teresa Joy has served the families in Franklin County as a board certified family medicine physician. She will be presenting a seminar on regenerative medicine. It is a healthcare approach that is rooted in science but fueled by new and innovative practices that focus on restoring and using the body's natural healing processes to maintain youth and vitality. With this, you can correct some of the most common and frustrating conditions that can often arise as part of what is erroneously considered the "normal aging process."

Tracking your total weight is not enough. To fully under stand your weight, it’s necessary to monitor all your body’s components including muscle, fat, and water.

We are pleased to continue to partner with Nik Rosenberry and students from Wilson College to offer you free InBody tests. Your InBody test will give you a baseline for understanding your body composition and setting informed health goals. If you’ve had an InBody test already, testing again can help you to see the progress you have made.

For optimal results when testing, we suggest the following guidelines. Don’t wear heavy clothing, socks, jewelry, or lotion. Don’t eat for at least three hours prior to testing. Don’t consume alcohol or excess caffeine 24 hours before testing. Don’t train heavy in the gym before testing. Appointments are available Monday, May 19th from 10:30am-2:30pm.
